When I started working as a psychotherapist in 2020, in a short period of time I helped to cure more than 200 mental and psychological help seekers, between the ages of 6 to 50 years old from both genders. Ever since I was a child I liked to help people specially by listening, supporting and providing the right help for their life incidents; which became reasons for me that I chose psychology field, because I understood the changes in human psych more, our responses to these changes, how family and friends affect us, how a correct mental being is and how we can obtain it. However, to get positive results the mental help seeker needs to believe in psychotherapy and her/his psychotherapist, because we build our relations with those we help on keen principles of honesty, trust, confidentiality and scientific methods. My aim in the future is to have a greater knowledge in psychotherapy; so as to provide a stronger and more beneficial help for those who seek mental help, writing book for the new generation to get more benefits and have information on psychotherapy, its aims and methods, so I and the future psychotherapist will have the capacity to analyze human psych correctly and professionally to provide the exact help and treatment according to that analysis.
